These pickleball policies and program terms apply to all clinics, lessons, leagues, events, and organized play offered by Lebanon Valley Pickleball, LLC. By registering for or participating in any program, participants (or a parent/legal guardian for minors) agree to the following policies.
• All Lebanon Valley Pickleball programs operate on a pay-as-you-go basis. Participants may pay per session or use prepaid play credits. • Registration instructions and program details, including pickleball policies, will be provided prior to participation (e.g., TeamReach or designated forms). • Payment is required in advance to confirm participation. • A participant’s spot is not guaranteed until payment is received or sufficient credits are available. • If payment is not received within the stated hold period, the spot may be released to another participant. • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of registration. • Play credits may be purchased in advance, are non-refundable, and expire after 12 months, as outlined in the program terms.
• Session details, including time, location, and format, will be communicated in advance using the contact information provided or through designated platforms, in accordance with Lebanon Valley Pickleball's pickleball policies. • Program schedules, locations, and instructors may vary based on the program terms. • Lebanon Valley Pickleball, LLC reserves the right to adjust schedules as needed.
• Lebanon Valley Pickleball requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling in accordance with our pickleball policies. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session and no-shows will result in the session being charged or credits deducted, as outlined in our program terms. • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• All payments and credit purchases related to Lebanon Valley Pickleball are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our pickleball policies. • In certain circumstances, Lebanon Valley Pickleball, LLC may offer rescheduling or credit at its discretion, based on our program terms. • Please note that no refunds or credits are guaranteed for missed sessions or late cancellations.
• Outdoor programs at Lebanon Valley Pickleball are subject to weather conditions. • In the event of unsafe or unsuitable conditions (e.g., rain, extreme heat, or poor air quality), sessions may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled as outlined in our pickleball policies. • Participants will be notified using the contact information provided or designated platforms. • When possible, rescheduling or credit may be offered, in accordance with our program terms.
• Participants in Lebanon Valley Pickleball are expected to arrive on time. • Late arrivals may lead to reduced participation or instruction time without adjustments, as outlined in our pickleball policies. • Missed sessions without prior notice, known as 'no-shows', will incur charges or deductions from available credits in accordance with our program terms.
• Some programs at Lebanon Valley Pickleball require a minimum number of participants as part of our pickleball policies. • If the minimum enrollment is not met, Lebanon Valley Pickleball, LLC may: reschedule the session, adjust the format, or cancel the program. • Participants will be notified of any changes regarding the program terms.
• Participants in Lebanon Valley Pickleball are responsible for determining their physical ability to participate. • Participants are expected to adhere to all pickleball policies, including following instructions, safety guidelines, and facility rules. • Appropriate athletic attire and equipment are recommended to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience in line with the program terms.
Lebanon Valley Pickleball, LLC is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all participants. Players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship, show respect for others, and comply with all pickleball policies and program terms during their participation. • Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and provide consent in accordance with Lebanon Valley Pickleball's pickleball policies. • Depending on the program terms, a parent or guardian may be required to remain present during participation.
• Some Lebanon Valley Pickleball programs may include match results submitted to the Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating (DUPR) system. • Participation in DUPR-rated play is optional unless otherwise specified in the pickleball policies. • Participants are responsible for ensuring accurate account setup if participating in DUPR-related activities, as outlined in the program terms.
• Lebanon Valley Pickleball, LLC reserves the right to modify its pickleball policies, programs, and schedules at any time. • Updated program terms and policies will be communicated as appropriate.
Participation in Lebanon Valley Pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injuries that may occur during play, instruction, or use of facilities. By participating in any Lebanon Valley Pickleball, LLC program, event, or activity, individuals acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to participate at their own risk, in accordance with our pickleball policies. All participants are required to complete and agree to a liability waiver prior to participation, which outlines the program terms.
By registering for or participating in any Lebanon Valley Pickleball program, participants (or their parent/legal guardian) acknowledge and agree to the pickleball policies and program terms outlined herein.
